The company’s founder and Sales Director, Tim has been operating in real estate since 2012. Earning his stripes in another reputable estate firm, Tim started Casteels & Eriksson in 2016 to offer his own philosophy of real estate service based on trust, knowledge, and integrity. Originally from Belgium but as international as the place he has adopted as his home, Tim has lived on the coast since 1998 and is a strong advocate for the Costa del Sol’s unique brand of exceptional climate, location, and “joie de vivre” lifestyle. In his capacity as the firm’s sales director, Tim manages the sales team as well as the company’s international partnerships. Tim has an affable, people-friendly approach that complements his drive and efficiency, and he communicates fluently in English, Dutch, French, and Spanish.
