The company’s founder and Sales Director, Tim has been operating in real estate since 2012. Earning his stripes in another reputable estate firm, Tim started Casteels & Eriksson in 2016 in order to offer his own philosophy of real estate service based upon trust, knowledge & integrity. Originally from Belgium but as international as the place he has adopted as his home, Tim has lived on the coast since 1998 and is a strong advocate for the Costa del Sol’s unique brand of exceptional climate, location and ’’joie de vivre’’ lifestyle. In his capacity as the firm’s sales director Tim manages the sales team as well as the company’s international partnerships.
Tim has an affable, people-friendly approach that complements drive and efficiency, and communicates fluently in English, Dutch, French and Spanish.

Running the company together with her husband, Marianna`s caring & considerate personality coupled with superb organisational skills allow her not only to efficiently manage the team but also to let our client relationships thrive.
Originally from Hungary but with studies and work experience in Germany, UK & Spain, Marianna combines a love of languages & communication with an extensive marketing background. Marianna is responsible for Casteels & Eriksson´s familial approach of service & marketing. She speaks Hungarian, German, Spanish & English.

One of the original founders, Sandra originally hails from Sweden but has lived in different parts of Spain for over 35 years. She has a great deal of experience in the real estate sector, she is an excellent listing and sales agent specialised in the Scandinavian market. As a Swede she understands the Northern European mentality while also having an intimate knowledge of Spain.
Precision and kindness find an effective blend in Sandra, who is fluent in English, Swedish, Spanish and German.

Born and raised in the Costa del Sol though with family links in Belgium, Daniel is a local with an international twist.
With a background in international banking and audit, he discovered his passion for real estate almost a decade ago.
Daniel is our go-to specialist on new developments having worked for one of the biggest developers on the Costa del Sol in the past.
Besides real estate, Daniel is passionate about our region and tries to be its best ambassador. He is always happy to give you recommendations on its lifestyle and local hotspots.
Daniel combines the Southern warmth and friendliness, with the Northern professionality and efficiency, and speaks English, Dutch, French, Portuguese and of course Spanish.

Having worked in the local real estate industry since the late 90s, Marianne brings a lot of experience to the table. With a keen eye for detail and an uncanny ability to envision upcoming market trends, Marianne couples a specialisation in sales with project development.
Her specific area of expertise in sales is the Mijas-Costa and East Marbella market and she is also responsible for our renovation projects. Meticulous in her approach and with a natural flair for design, she is invaluable for coordinating the intricacies associated with project management.
Marianne is originally from Belgium but has been a resident of the Costa del Sol since the late 90s. She speaks Dutch, English, Spanish and German.
